The NACDN LPN Practice Analysis Survey 2025 is now LIVE!

Are you a practical nurse (LPN) working in the addiction field?

Are you an RN or NP in an addiction practice area that has LPNs in the work force and are willing to share the survey information with those LPNs?

The NACDN LPN Practice Analysis Survey 2025 is LIVE! This in-depth survey is an important step towards the development and accreditation for an LPN certification in chemical dependency. LPN survey participants are needed across the county. Survey participants will be entered into regional drawings for gift cards as a "thank you". Please join us in supporting this critical step in professional development for LPNs in the field of addiction. 

Due to the requirements regarding tracking numbers reached during the distribution of the survey, please e-mail the NACDN Certification Committee @ education@nacdn.org and request the LPN survey packet for self-use or to share with your team. This is a time sensitive survey that will be open for 4 weeks.
