Annual review of NACDN Bylaws - Call for suggestions

As stated in the NACDN Bylaws, all members in good standing are asked to exercise their right to participate in the updating of the Bylaws. 

The NACDN Bylaws are reviewed annually, and amendments are formally approved at the annual membership meeting.

A copy of the current NACDN Bylaws is accessible from the Bylaw tab on the NACDN Home Page.

If you would like to make a suggestion, please submit the proposed change and rationale for this change to sdoyle@nacdn.org or via the nacdn.org contact us link by 1.3.2025. 

A draft of the Bylaws will be posted to the NACDN website a minimum of 10 days ahead of the Annual Membership Meeting on Wednesday, 1.29.2025 @ 7PM.
